- Moderate: (Full floor plan): $300–$700
- Complex: (Multi-level / detailed): $700–$1,500+
- Alternative Hourly: $60–$100/hr
Note: Hourly rate used if sketch quality is poor or scope is unclear.
- Light Cleanup: $100–$250
- Moderate Cleanup: (Multiple revisions, layered fixes): $250–$600
- Heavy Reconstruction: (Nearly redraw): $600–$1,200+
Note: Price based on how close to unusable the file is.
(Old or Faded Drawings)
- Basic Trace-over: (Clean source): $200–$500
- Moderate Restoration: (Faded/incomplete): $500–$1,000
- Extensive Reconstruction: $1,000–$2,000+
